At the beginning of the training, Jinghan Yang created a warm atmosphere, outlining the categories and norms of official documents. Subsequently, she provided detailed guidance on three common types of official documents: press releases, push articles, and speeches.
Taking her own experience as an example, she vividly expounded the general requirements for official document writing, which are "grand, accurate, profound, concise, and vivid", especially emphasizing the importance of a sense of presence.
Among the three types of official documents, she focused on explaining the writing methods of press releases. From the overall authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness, common error types, to the writing format, key points, and suggestions of each part, detailed explanations and analyses were given to the trainees.
At the end of the course, she introduced the "Nine Links" elements for becoming a "skilled writer". These valuable experiences provided important references for the trainees present.
